For Certificate courses:
Check the pre-requisites for each course. Ensure that you meet all the prerequisites. If you are in doubt, write to us.
Check dates for upcoming intakes and ensure you are available to attend all the scheduled sessions.
Register your interest on the upcoming course page and submit the following documents via email to academy@centreformindfulness.sg
Application fee payment receipt
a 100 to 200 word personal statement about your intentions to join the chosen course
Documents as proof of completion of pre-requisites for the chosen course, if any
For Certification courses:
Decide on which of the two pathways (Flexible or Intensive) you wish to undertake.
Check the pre-requisites for the course. Ensure that you meet all the prerequisites. If you are in doubt, write to us.
Submit the non-refundable application fee via the upcoming course page and submit the following documents via email to academy@centreformindfulness.sg:

Certificate of Completion or a verification letter as an evidence of completion of an 8 week mindfulness class and the 5 day retreat.

Fees
For increased inclusivity and accessibility, we offer the following options:
As an organisation serving an international audience, the academy prorates fees based on the World Bank list of country economies. This means you might be eligible for subsidised fee based on your country of residence. Please note that to avail this subsidy you will have to provide proof of residence. We accept Phone or Electricity bills of the past 3 months in your name. Kindly write to us with the required documents so we can advise the best fee applicable for you.
For Singapore residents, part of the course fees can be offset using SkillsFuture Credits for eligibles course. Please write to us if you wish to use your credits.
The Academy also extends up to 50% discount on the course fee to learners if you happen to be serving marginalised communities and intend to continue serving them. Please write to us for more details.

1. Choose a Course That Matches Your InterestsYou can choose a course based on your interest in learning or teaching mindfulness. For those primarily interested in learning mindfulness, we recommend starting with M101: Foundations of Mindfulness. If you are looking to teach mindfulness, your choice of course should align with the specific audience you aim to instruct. Consider the following target groups: - Students (children and youth): SMF - Workers/Employees: OMF - Clinical Populations: MOCP - General Public (All populations): MTT You can select the course that best fits the needs of the audience you wish to serve from Our Courses page.

2. Check if you Meet the Pre-requisites for EnrolmentEvery course or certification has specific pre-requisites. Please review the pre-requisites on the course page to ensure you meet the requirements. If you have not yet met the pre-requisites, we encourage you to work towards fulfilling them before applying to enrol in the course. If you believe your prior experience or expertise may qualify you for an exemption, please contact us to determine if you are eligible for such exemptions.

3. Verify the Tuition Fees for Your Selected CourseYou can find the course fees in each course page. Eligible candidates may qualify for the following discounts: - Those currently serving marginalised communities and intending to teach mindfulness to them may be eligible for a 50% discount. - Residents of certain low-income economies could receive a fee discount ranging from 20% to 35%. If you meet any of the above criteria, please contact us to explore the specific fee adjustments available to you.
