With over two decades of experience in various mind-body practices, she has been instrumental in bringing mindfulness to diverse audiences, enabling individuals to navigate complex situations with greater ease and awareness.​

Professional Background
Piret's journey into mindfulness deepened significantly over the past several years, during which she has continually expanded her expertise. Previously she has been into Tibetan medicine and practices. She is the founder of Meeleteadlik, an organization focused on delivering mindfulness training, meditation sessions, and workshops aimed at improving mental health and overall well-being. Her teaching philosophy centers on making mindfulness accessible and practical, allowing individuals to cultivate inner peace and resilience amidst life's challenges.
